Over the past 16 years, Mais has obtained deep experience in strategies’ and clusters’ development, including organizational/enterprise sciences. She worked with local and international experts, which gave her high exposure and knowhow to contribute and add value to national economic reformations and competitiveness endeavors. She led several functions and roles within various organizations and national platforms, from programs/PMOs and strategy management, enterprise and ecosystems growth, to advocacy and policy development. She was able to develop key adaptive and solid skills including strategic analysis, ideation and conceptualization, and is always appreciative of new challenges. She enjoys working in entrepreneurial environments. Mais has obtained her BSc. degree in Computer Science from the Princess Sumaya University for Technology and is now the Director of Strategy and Partnerships at the Crown Prince Foundation since July 2017, contributing to leading Jordan’s socioeconomic advancement through youth engagement, empowerment and enablement. She was the ICT & Creative Clusters Development Director at USAID- Jordan Competitiveness Program, before that, she worked as the ICT Sector Strategy & Programs Manager at the ICT Business Association of Jordan; Int@j. Before, Mais was part of the “National e-Government” team streamlining PMO and strategy practices within the various e-government programs and functions among other roles at the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology. This added to her knowledge in regard to the government structure and excellence requirements, in addition to strengthening her practical experience in policy making processes.
